Akaroa, just a bit outside of Christchurch, was one of the most surreal places I’ve ever seen. It’s a small, round peninsula jutting off the side of New Zealand. Around every corner we could see the ocean off in the distance in almost ever direction. It was oddly difficult to photograph the surrealness of it all.
